I co-sign all your Teen Wolf thoughts. I was baffled, as I watched S1-2 while reading fic people had recced to me, at the distance which existed between the fic characterisation of Derek and the show's characterisation of Derek. But then I realised that hey, Jeff Davis doesn't give a fuck about character consistency or development or consequences, and literally almost any fannish characterisation makes more sense, so why not run with it? FLUFFY ADORABLE AUS FOR ALL, in which everyone lives. Hurrah!
